1. PARTNERSHIP
Since 2010 our commercial relationship has the only goal to meet your satisfaction, thus our general selling conditions promote a solid basis for a long, fair partnership. Ordering from us, you accept our general conditions.

3. YOUNG PROTECTION
You must be of legal drinking age in the country from where you are accesing this site. By visiting this website you are agreeing with our LEGAL GENERAL SELLLING CONDITIONS.If you order from THE DIPLOMACY LOUNGE, you recognize these provisions, confirming your legal buying right.
4. PRICES
The prices are in Swiss Francs, 8.1% representing the Value Added Tax (VAT). We maintain our right to proceed to price adjustments or to change the products range and also the delivery conditions. This price index replaces all previous variants. Abroad deliveries are made without VAT.
5. REMPLACEMENT, RETURN & RIGHT TO CANCEL
We invite the customer to check the merchandise immediately after the reception, the delivery is considered as accepted after a period of 14 days from the reception. In 18 months maximum after the return, trite wines will be replaced within acceptable limits.
Products that have been delivered complete and undamaged to the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.
When the customer is the user (that is, a natural person who makes the order for a purpose that is neither for commercial nor for independent professional activity) the customer has a right to cancel according to the provisions of the law. If the consumer exercises the right to cancel, then the customer shall bear the normal costs of returning the product.
6. ORDER LIMITATIONS
We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us and/or or to limit quantities in any order, without giving any reason or for no reason, if we determine it is in our best interests to do so. If we reject your order or reduce the quantities of any items in your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail and/or billing address you gave us when you placed the order.
7. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Payment conditions within Switzerland and The Principality of Lichtenstein: Deficient payments are not accepted. Default and summon interests are instantly changed. We keep our right to make a delivery after the prepayment in terms of new clients, using a bank transfer and credit card payment. The merchandise remains in our custody until the full payment is made.
The Diplomacy Lounge has the authorization to claim its property rights to a competent authority. Payment conditions for international deliveries: the deliveries are made only after the prepayment, through a bank transfer or using a credit card.
8. TERMS OF DELIVERY
Remittances for Switzerland and The Principality of Lichtenstein, are made by the Swiss Post, or by The Diplomacy Lounge. The delivery is free for the ones made in blocks, starting with 24 bottles or with 99.95 CHF (Swiss Francs). For all lower deliveries, we bill 20.00 CHF for a Priority with Signatures sending ( A – post).
Generally, all products will be shipped between 24 hours and 10 working days ( as the product is locally available). If the product is not in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. An unavailable, exhausted or no longer sold product, but which represents your order, makes us to cancel the order.
The merchandise transport is done on the risk and loss of the client.Shipments abroad are insured and carried out by Swiss Post.In case of loss, damage leakage during transportation, the client is asked to contact directly the transport company( The Swiss Post, carrier or The Diplomacy Lounge).
Abroad deliveries are done on the risk and loss of the customer. Our sales stuff will have the pleasure to inform you about the abroad shipping methods and the actual prices. (Please look the page Terms of Delivery in our shop.)
9. SOLVENCY INFORMATION
The buyer authorizes The Diplomacy Lounge to request the necessary information for executing an order (made for the single invoice orders, term payment), in addition to public or central services, registering its solvency.
10. DATA PROTECTION
We negotiate with champagne, wine, books, but not with your personal data. Therefore we only keep the essential regarding your order. Personal data is handled in accordance with the legislation for personal data protection, so that they are not going to be sold nor transmitted to a third part for advertising or for another use. In the event of an authorization application, theoretically, in case of a credit card payment, your banking details will be passed only in an encoded shape. Our customers can be informed about our news, promotions, activities through our electronic informational bulletins ( News Letters). This service provision is free and can be cancelled at any time. The Diplomacy Lounge does not exploit any spam with its addresses.
11. ERRORS ON OUR SITE
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered and we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund or other promotional offer or containing any incorrect information or typographical errors. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
